Returns & Cancellations
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel the order, you must contact us immediately. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. We hope you understand.
Your satisfaction is #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund, you can request one for the following reasons:
- You received the wrong item(s)
- Your item(s) were damaged or not as described
- If you did not receive your items within 30 days
If you no longer want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund. However, you must return the item at your expense and the item(s) must be unused in the original packaging. We will process the refund after we've received your returned item(s) and approved your request.
We cannot offer refunds for the following reasons:
- You provided an incorrect or invalid shipping address
- Your order was not delivered for reasons out of DetailBee's control (stolen, natural disaster, lost shipment, held at customs, etc.)
Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds on giveaway promotional products.
To initiate the return process, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your order number for us to reference.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
