All orders are shipped via USPS. We ship products from our warehouses in the United States and China, depending on availability and your location. All orders include tracking information and reasonable delivery times. If you have any concerns, please read our frequently asked shipping questions below or contact us.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
Sometimes it takes a few business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. If you've ordered multiple items, there is a chance that the items will ship from different warehouses and arrive at different times.

Do you ship worldwide?
No. We are currently unable to ship anywhere outside of the United States.
